Most people are aware of blogs in areas such as politics, sports, ecology and so on. Psychiatrists are also bloggers and we have selected an example of some of the better ones.For people not very well acquainted with blogs please be aware that
A blog is not peer-reviewed and is frequently very biased. A blog is simply the expression of the author's opinions. Nevertheless they can be entertaining, thought-provoking and even informative as long as you bear in mind that they are not scientific communications. Blogs are, of course, interactive and feedback is encouraged.
Blogs are usually freely available but subscribing (for free, of course!) to a RSS feed or newsletter will ensure that you are informed about each new entry.
